Delivery Once your order is confirmed starts the production phase of your jewelry. Each order is processed in a unique way to offer you the ideal stone for you according to our strict criteria of quality of stones. Duration Upon confirmation of your order on our website, our products are delivered within a period of three weeks in the event of withdrawal in our store and three to four weeks for home delivery. In case of products with engraving or more complexity, it is possible that the time limit is extended by two weeks. In this case, one of our advisers will notify you upon confirmation of your order. If your order requires a character more urgent, our team will do its utmost to honor it in the desired time frame. Therefore, it is important to contact us as soon as possible by phone, email or directly at our store. For any change of the delivery address, kindly inform us as soon as possible and before the shipment of your order. In case your request is made after the shipment of the product, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs. Store Once your order is completed, a withdrawal at our store is conceivable. One of our advisers will contact you personally to inform you of the arrival of your order. Circumspect Conveyance Our products are shipped in a discreet package giving no external indication of the content. For international shipments, we are however bound by the laws in force in each country for customs clearance and therefore mentioning the value of the product. Packaging All our products come with a luxury setting and a box covering it. VAT All our products shipped to Switzerland include VAT of 7.7%. For orders sent abroad, our products are invoiced without VAT. It will be deducted from the price listed on our website that mentions these prices including VAT. It is important to note that products sent abroad are subject to the VAT applicable in the host country. Returns Our products can be returned to us within 30 days in case of delivery of an article not in accordance with the order or damaged during transport. We will have the opportunity to proceed with a refund, replacement or exchange. The rules outlined in our general conditions of sale are applicable.
